Stephanie works with BRC team members to maintain program budgets, track expenses, prepare financial reports, and support compliance. Before transitioning to a career in accounting, she worked in communications for 15 years, leading teams and projects in the non-profit and philanthropic sectors, where she developed a love for details and data.

Stephanie is keenly interested in the relationships people hold with their land and communities, and in the ways technology and information influence civic life. Over her career, Stephanie has served First Nations, communities, and public institutions, and has contributed to environmental conservation, economic development, and housing advocacy efforts. Stephanie holds an advanced diploma in Professional Accounting, an undergraduate degree in Media Studies, and a diploma in Journalism. Away from work, she enjoys knitting, reading, and walking.
