Esther Lermytte is a postdoctoral fellow working with Kelley Lee. She earned her PhD in Sociology from Ghent University, where her doctoral research explored the relational and socio‑cultural dynamics underlying parental vaccine hesitancy toward childhood vaccination. She was also involved in VAX‑TRUST (2021–2024), a research consortium of 10 partner organisations across seven European countries aimed at increasing knowledge about vaccine hesitancy in specific regions.
